The amount of people that turn to social networks to find a new partner is increasing which means the risk of someone been attacked increases. How do you know that the person your meeting is exactly who they say they are. You cannot be certain.
You can become anyone you want online as its all pictures and text. Nothing is real but may look real so you have to be aware of who you are dealing with before you meet any one that you found on the internet.
Parents across the land are worrying about their children using social networks as there are predators roaming the internet, waiting to go in for the kill and it does happen, im sure youll agree that many stories about the social networks have made the headlines.
This is not new, people are very much aware that most people cannot be trusted, especially someone new that you have met on the internet either through an online game or a friend request that you accepted yet you did not know them.
If your searching for a new partner online you must be cautious, make sure you do a background check on this person to confirm that the details match their profile and that this person has not been convicted of a crime that may be a risk to you.
You can also confirm that this specific person in question is currently living at the address that you have found that is connected to their name. To do this you would simply ask for the person to provide you with an address and then cross reference that with the results from the background check.
This is not something that you would think about doing and that is why i have made this post as single people meeting someone from the internet carries a high risk, which could leave you either injured or in the worst case scenario, dead.
